		<description>Do you have back or knee problems? If so, you might want to compare the fit and shape of the bicycle. A more recumbent bike (where you sit like a chair) will be easier on your back.  A bike where you lean forward more will allow you to go faster and get a better workout but it undoubtedly puts more strain on the lower back.  I personally prefer more recumbent bikes.
